So my friend has this great thing she does where she picks a theme for the year instead of making a bunch of resolutions she won't keep. I love the idea of fashioning a year around a theme. This year is my year of growth.

I decided to use the scripture found in Luke 2:53 "And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man." Since there is no greater role model than our Lord and Savior, I thought that wisdom, stature and favor with God and man were the best place to start my year of growth.

Wisdom in finishing my degree and learning about planting in the southern US, stature in becoming more fit and a better equestrian, and growing in favor by learning to see people as God sees us.
